The owners of this cozy and comfortable house in Narbonne, La Maison Gustave, are happy to welcome you all year round in a refined and authentic atmosphere, "like at home". Receptions are only by remote telephone.
All our rooms are only accessible by narrow stairs. If you have difficulty using the stairs, please let us know as soon as possible in order to help you find other accommodation solutions.
Consider traveling with light luggage to make it easier to get the luggage up to the room due to the climb of the steps.
It is important for us to have your mobile phone number in order to arrange your arrival time.
You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp on the morning of your arrival to agree on your arrival time; it is important that you answer them to facilitate your access to the rooms.
Receptions are guaranteed between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. by appointment. Please contact us on +33 6 40 20 99 97 to give you the access codes to access your room.
Instructions for your breakfast in your room only: the baker delivers bread and fresh pastries every morning to reception. You can go down to the reception from 7:30 am to collect the basket in the name of your room and have your breakfast. The rooms are equipped with coffee and tea machines as well as a mini bar for all the fresh products for your breakfast.
Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. maximum. The keys must be left in the rooms when you leave.
